Forest also offers statistics about your telephone usage, just like Google’s Digital Welfare. Just like with the other apps above, you can see how long you use certain apps, which one you start the most and how often you unlock your phone. However, the fact that you are encouraged to leave a phone full of plants to plant is a nice addition.

The app is free to use. There is also a pro version for 1.99 euros. You can use it to compare your performance with friends and earn virtual coins. If you exchange these coins via the app, a real tree will be planted in return somewhere in the world.

The app works with credits that accrue as you use the app or when you view ads. If necessary, you can purchase credits as an in-app purchase. You can then use these credits if you want to be focused for a while. If you keep it up not to sit on your phone during the agreed time, you will receive credits back. If you cannot keep away from your telephone, you will have lost it. Sidetracked gives these credits partly to a donation for a good cause.
